HALA CITY SINDH PAKISTAN
Hala (Sindhi: هـالا) is a town and taluka in the province Sindh Pakistan. The population of the Taluka Hala was 161,980 according to the 2000 census and by the Revenue record, Hala Town had been given status of Taluka in 1848.Hala is noted for its arts and crafts, particularly its pottery, wood work, cloth printing and weaving, known as Sussi in various beautiful designs and khaddar made of handmade khaddi. It contains the Makhdum Nuh of Hala mausoleum which attracts pilgrims. Hala is one of Historical, Literary, Religious Spiritual town of Sindh. The Geographic placement of this town is near to Indus river, it contains Six (6) UCs.

The city of Hala in province of Sindh is famous for its globally recognized handicrafts.
The AJRAK and the KASHI work are the most popular type of handicrafts which manufacturing have no parallel around. The art of KASHI is making the earthenware out of clay which beautiful crafting is worth to see.
The people belonging to these industries are engaged into since generation, though the art has become limited to few families now.
