Red Kidney Bean (Lobya) salad by FARAH

Ingredients

Boiled red lobya,
boiled potaoes 4-5,
boiled macaroni,
salt,
black pepper,
lemon juice,
mayonnaise (optional)
mustard paste (optional)

METHOD

1.Mix the potatoes, red lobya & macaroni
2. Add the juice of 2 lemons
3.Add salt to taste & 1 tsp black pepper
4. Mix 1 tbs of mustard paste in 1 cup mayonnaise.Add to the salad if required.

You may also use cucumbers & tomatoes
Use lettuce leaves to decorate the sides of the salad bowl.
