Fruit contains citrullin, carotene and pectin. Vitamin C, Nacin, Riboflavin, Thiamine, minerals also present Juice also contains alenine, arginene, glutamic acid, glycine, leucine and valine. Sucrose is the major sugar present. A honey like syrup is prepared from juice.
