There is no restriction in visiting the place and every person has the full freedom of reciting Quran in the caves of mountain. People do visits in large number during Ramadan.

The duty, which was taken by four friends in 1992, has established a good repute of the area and people visit the place without any fear. Jabl-e-Noor-al-Quran has become the biggest preservation place of Holy Quran in the country and people send the shaheed copies to the management of mountain without hesitation.
Twenty three years have passed now but still the friends are working with same passion and devotion. It gives them inner satisfaction and interestingly they do not ask any kind of financial aid for this work. They are bearing the expenses of gathering copies from their own pockets and never asked charity or donation from public.
Preservation of copies of Holy Quran requires time, effort, devotion and morale support from public and fortunately the friends have the luxury of all these things. They never faced any kind of hurdle in doing this pious work because the purpose was very good and did not contradicted with any person or sect.
Now the local people visit Jabl-e-Noor every day and recite Holy Quran in the caves of mountain. During Ramadan the number of visits increases to great extent as they want to develop closer relation with Almighty Allah in the presence of nine million copies of Holy Quran.
