Ingredients
Roll strips (pati)
Flour paste
Dates (khajoor)
Crushed almonds & peanuts
Brown sugar 4 tsp
Cocoa powder 3 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
cream 1 packet
Method
1. In a centre of the roll strip, place some dates & sprinkle with the nuts. Fold & seal with flour paste.Repeat this procedure until all rolls are done.
2. Shalloe fry the rolls
SAUCE
To make the sauce, in a pan melt the butter along with 1 tsp oil. Add cocoa powder & brown sugar. Mix well.Add some water or milk to thin the sauce & stir constantly. Add the cream whilst stirring.
To serve: - Pour the sauce over the rolls.
