Ingredients
Bread 1 pack
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp (optional)
Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Take a pan, put chciken mince, add a little water, salt, chinese salt, black pepper, mustard powder, paprika, soya sauce, vinegar and let it cook.
Add oregano and a little oil and fry well.
Take some water in a bowl.
Dip bread slices in water and squeeze well with hands.
Take one slice put some mince on it cover with another slice press them and make kachories and deep fry.
