Ingredients
Boiled pasta
250g prawns, roughly chopped
1 cup peas
chopped spring onion
carrots 2-3 (chopped)
hari mirch
Method:
1.In a pan, put 2 tbs oil.Sautee all the veg & prawns for a couple of mins.
2. Then add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp aginomoto, 1 & 1/2 tsp black pepper.Stir fry.
3. Add 2 tbs soya sauce & put heat off
SAUCE
In a separate pan, put 2tbs oil,2 chicken cubes, & less then 1/2 cup water.Dissolve the cubes & then add 1 cup ketchup, 2tbs soya sauce, 2 tbs vinegar.Mix well.Then add black pepper 1tsp & Italian herbs 1 tbs.Make sure the consistency of the sauce is thick.
Then just mix the pasta, prawn mixture & sauce & put on "dum" for 4-5 mins.
