There is no disease for which there is no remedy, narrated in Bukhari. Allah has sent down a cure for every disease and if treated properly, He grants health. The holy Quran talks about remedies for all physical, spiritual and mental illnesses. The life of the holy prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also shows that he used medicines, prayed, meditate and performed healing practices to treat different ailments. The exalted life of the holy prophet is a great source of physical and mental well being.
The tibenabvi.pk blog was launched to create an awareness about these valuable Islamic remedies which are often sidelined in today’s technology dominated world. It shares useful health tips, recipes, benefits of different nutritious and herbal items and provides suggestions to live a healthy life. It draws inspirations from the exemplary lifestyle of the blessed prophet.
