Ingredients:
Chicken (karahi pieces) 1 kg
Split Bengal Gram 250 gms
Dry Fenugreek Seeds 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds(chopped) 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Corns 1 tsp
Tomatoes Paste ½ kg
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Red Chilies Powder 1 tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat ghee add ginger garlic.When aroma comes add chicken and fry well.
Add tomatoes paste, dry fenugreek seeds, turmeric, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, red chili powder and mix well.
After this, add boiled Split Bengal Gram.
