      Ingredients:


      1/2 kg mutton
      1/2 kg tomatoes
      2 onions, sliced
      2 tbsp karahi masala
      1/2 tsp coriander powder
      1 tsp red chilli crushed
      1/2 tsp cumin powder
      1/2 tsp garam masala powder
      1/2 tsp black pepper powder
      1 tsp salt
      2 tbsp oil
      1/2 tsp turmeric powder
      4-5 green chillies
      Coriander chopped to garnish
      3-4 tbsp ginger, to garnish

      Method:

      Boil mutton and keep its stock aside.


      Grind half tomatoes with half cup of mutton stock and cook this puree with 1 tbsp oil and add 2tbsp karahi masala. When oil separates then keep it aside.


      Heat remaining oil in a pan and add sliced onions, when it turns golden colour add chopped tomatoes and when tomatoes are tender then add turmeric powder , red chilli crushed and garlic paste cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add mutton, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder.


      Now add tomato puree, green chillies, ginger, garam masala and black pepper. Add 1/2 cup water and cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.


      Serve it with naan or kulcha

      مٹن کڑاہی

      اجزاء:
      مٹن --------------------- 750گرام
      کڑاہی مصالحہ ----------- 2/1-1کھانے کا چمچہ
      ریڈکری ----------------- حسبِ ضرورت
      لہسن ------------------- 6جوے
      کشمیری لال مرچ پیسٹ --- 2/1-1 کھانے کا چمچہ
      کڑاہی مرچیں ------------- 8-10عدد
      ادرک -------------------- 2انچ کا ٹکڑا
      نمک --------------------- حسبِ ذوق
      تیل ----------------------- 2/1کپ



      ترکیب:
      ایک کڑاہی میں گوشت اور لہسن ڈال کر چھوڑ دیں۔
      اب گوشت کا پانی نکال کرگلنے دیں۔پھر اس میں تیار ریڈ کری اور کڑاہی مصالحہ شامل کرکے بھون لیں
      جب پانی خشک ہوجائے تو نمک، ہری مرچیں اور باریک کٹی ادرک شامل کردیں۔
      گرم گرم نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
