Hairloss and Dandruff:
Step no.1 - Take 100gm each of Amla, Reetha and Shikakai and boil in two lites of water on slow heat until the liquid reduces to half. Use this as shampoo for your hair for the next one month.

Step no.2 - Massage your hair with warm Castor and Almond oil mixed together in equal quantities atleast once a week.

Step no.3 - Then use a hair pack of Amla powder mixed with one egg and left in the hair for atleast half an hour.
Also, check whether you take a high protein diet with plenty of fresh greens, salads, white meat and fruits.

Fight your Man's Dandruff with a Methi Seed Pack:

Just soften the Fenugreek (methi) seeds by soaking them in water overnight. Grind into a paste the next morning.
Apply this paste on scalp and hair and leave it on for half an hour. Wash off with shampoo later.
Hair washed with Fenugreek (methi) seed paste prevents dandruff, falling hair, baldness and dandruff keeping the hair long, healthy and black.

To treat the dandruff it is important to drink plenty of water, eat lots of salads and fresh fruits and also include a good amount of green vegetables in your daily diet.
Oil your hair twice a week with Coconut Oil and juice of one Lemon. Steam your hair if possible, wash off after an hour or so.
This will also help in treating split-ends (also trim your hair for those split-ends) as well as soften your hair.

Falling Hair:
Oil your hair regularly and also apply a nourishing hair pack.
Mix together two eggs, two tablespoons each of Amla, Reetha and Shikakai powder and apply on the scalp and hair.
Leave on for at least 40 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo.

Falling Hair:
Mix Olive Oil with Honey and Cinnamon Powder into a paste.
Apply on the scalp and wash after 15 minutes, three to five times a week. It will help stop hair falling.
