Hara-bhara-pulao

Ingredients:
Rice                  ½ kg
Beef (boiled)                        ½ kg
Yogurt                 250 gms
Onions             2
Bay Leaves                  2
Green Cardamoms           2
Cloves                 4
Lemons             6
Mint Leaves                 1 bunch
Coriander leaves               1 bunch
Green Chilies Paste            50 gms
Plum                  100 gms
Oil                  ½ cup
Biryani Essence             few drops
Turmeric Powder              1 tsp
Cumin Seeds                1 tsp
Black Peppercorns            1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste             1 tbsp
Salt                    2 tsp  
    
Method:
    In a pan, heat oil add onions and fry.
   Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms, salt, turmeric powder and fry.
    Then add boiled beef, plum, yogurt, let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
    After this, add soaked rice, water and cook it.
   When water dries and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
   Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, few drops biryani essence and remove from the stove.
     Hara Bhara Pulao is ready.
